Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Auradox websites, onboarding, support channels, and agency ad account services.
1. Agreement to terms
By visiting auradox.agency, submitting an application, contacting Auradox, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Who we are
Auradox Marketing LLC provides business services related to agency ad account access, onboarding, prepaid funding coordination, support, and operational assistance for eligible advertisers. Auradox is not Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not owned by, controlled by, or formally affiliated with Meta unless stated in a written agreement.
3. Eligibility and application review
Services are available only to business users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, account approval, account availability, credit terms, spend levels, or ongoing service. We may approve, reject, pause, or request more information for any application based on operational, compliance, fraud, payment, policy, or business risk.
4. Advertiser responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business, contact, billing, and advertising information.
- Using any account access only for lawful business advertising and approved campaigns.
- Complying with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising standards, landing-page requirements, and payment obligations.
- Keeping your credentials, Business Manager access, devices, and team permissions secure.
- Promptly telling us about suspected compromise, unauthorized access, disabled assets, billing issues, or policy notices.
5. Account access and platform risk
Advertising-platform enforcement, account reviews, policy decisions, page/domain requirements, ad approvals, and spending behavior can change without notice. Auradox may provide support, replacement coverage for eligible issues, escalation guidance, and operational help, but we do not control Meta and cannot promise that any ad, page, domain, Business Manager, payment method, or account will never be reviewed, restricted, rejected, disabled, or limited.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Auradox services for:
- Illegal products, scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, deceptive financial offers, counterfeit goods, or unlawful data collection.
- Misleading claims, cloaking, evasion, fake identities, unauthorized brand use, or attempts to bypass platform enforcement.
- Activities that expose Auradox, its partners, or other customers to sanctions, fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or material legal risk.
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or transferring account access without written approval.
7. Payments, fees, and funding
Pricing may include a percentage of ad spend, prepaid funding, service fees, surcharges, or other agreed charges. Current public pricing may change, and final terms can depend on account type, offer category, geography, support level, and risk review. You must fund accounts before spend unless a separate written credit arrangement exists. Payment options may include crypto, wire, card, or bank transfer where available.
8. Refunds, credits, and unused balances
Refunds and credits are handled under our Refund Policy and any written agreement with you. Platform spend already consumed, third-party fees, chargeback costs, fraud losses, or compliance holds may be non-refundable. Unused prepaid balances may require verification and reconciliation before any return or transfer.
9. Communications
You consent to receive service-related messages by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, and other channels you provide. These may include onboarding, verification, funding, account status, security, support, and billing messages. Optional marketing communications can be opted out of where required by law.
10. Intellectual property
The Auradox website, brand, copy, design, software, dashboards, documentation, workflows, and related materials are owned by Auradox or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by these Terms or a written agreement.
11. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, guaranteed ad approvals, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed platform outcomes, or guaranteed account survival.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auradox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost campaigns, business interruption, platform enforcement, account disablement, or third-party actions. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Auradox for the relevant service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding ad spend passed through to platforms or third parties.
13. Suspension and termination
We may pause, restrict, or terminate services if we believe there is fraud, non-payment, policy abuse, legal risk, unsafe activity, inaccurate information, unauthorized resale, platform enforcement risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time, subject to outstanding payment and reconciliation obligations.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with Auradox support so both parties can attempt to resolve them informally.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms.
