4. Legal bases and consent

Depending on your location, we process information based on your consent, our legitimate business interests, performance of a contract or requested service, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw optional marketing or channel consent at any time, but we may still send necessary service, security, billing, or account-operation messages.

5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand traffic, measure conversion performance, and improve our content. You can control cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling a customer list for money.

7. Data storage and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive documents through ordinary chat unless we specifically provide an approved secure process.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, manage accounts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal/tax/compliance duties, and maintain business records. We may retain limited records after an account relationship ends where required or reasonably necessary.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You can also unsubscribe from optional marketing or ask us to stop using a specific communication channel where legally required. To make a request, contact helpdesk@auradox.agency.

10. International users
