Refund Policy
This policy explains how Auradox handles refunds, prepaid balances, top-ups, service fees, and billing disputes.
1. Prepaid funding model
Auradox generally operates on a prepaid funding model. Customers top up before ad spend is made unless a separate written credit arrangement exists. Funds may be used for ad spend, approved service charges, fees, and account-related operational costs.
2. Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Ad spend already consumed or committed to advertising platforms.
- Third-party processing, banking, crypto network, chargeback, conversion, or compliance fees.
- Service fees already earned under the agreed pricing.
- Losses caused by inaccurate information, prohibited use, policy abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized access caused by the customer or customer team.
3. Unused balances
If you have an unused prepaid balance, contact support for reconciliation. We may verify identity, company authority, invoices, ad spend, platform activity, third-party fees, and risk holds before returning, transferring, or crediting any balance. Some balances may need to remain on hold where fraud, chargeback, legal, platform, or compliance risk exists.
4. Account disablement or replacement cases
If an eligible account issue occurs, Auradox may offer support, replacement, transfer, or other operational remedies depending on the situation. Account review, enforcement, or disablement by a platform does not automatically create a refund right for consumed spend, earned fees, or third-party costs.
5. Billing disputes
Billing disputes must be raised promptly through official support channels with invoice details, payment proof, and the specific disputed amount. Chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting support may result in account pause, balance hold, or service termination.
