Use this page to request deletion, correction, access, or restriction of personal information where available by law.
1. How to request deletion
Send a request to helpdesk@auradox.agency with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name, company name, email address, phone or Telegram/WhatsApp handle used with Auradox, and the specific information or account relationship your request concerns.
2. Verification
We may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting or disclosing information. If you are acting for a company, we may ask for proof that you are authorized to make the request on behalf of that company.
3. What can be deleted
We will delete or anonymize eligible personal information where required by law and where it is no longer needed for legitimate business, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, billing, or compliance purposes.
4. Information we may retain
We may retain limited records where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or impersonation, keep audit logs, reconcile payments, maintain tax/accounting records, or protect the security and integrity of Auradox services.
5. Response timeline
We aim to respond within a reasonable period after receiving a verifiable request. Response times can vary by location, complexity, verification requirements, and applicable law.
